After you send it

We text back within 15 minutes, 7am to 9pm, with a 2-hour window. A request sent late at night gets its text after 7am. If it can't wait that long, call (310) 857-2520.

No cooling and someone at risk in the heat? Call now and say so.

What happens on the visit

Shoe covers go on at the door, then about 45 minutes of tests with every reading written down. You get the record and the repair price in writing, and nothing starts until you say yes.
